Hao has worked in NGS industry for 6 years, with rich experience in object-oriented programming (C#,C++) and scripting (perl, R, Python and bash). He is good at building bioinformatics pipelines. Hao joined the Guomics laboratory in April 2019 as a senior research assistant, working on proteomic data mining.

Weigang Ge (2018.12-2020.08)

Weigang obtained his biotechnology bachelor degree from College of Science Technology, Ningbo University. He self taught computational science. He has three years of programming working experience in financial industry before joining Guomics in December 2018 as a data analytist. Currently he focuses on proteomic big data mining.

Qiushi Zhang (2017.08-2020.08)

Qiushi obtained his bachelor's degree from Wuhan University of Technology. He originally learned communication engineering, however, since August 2017, he joined the Guomics team as a research assistant for proteomic big data research. He not only works on proteomics data analysis and visualization, but also maintains the PCT instruments and mass spectrometers.

Lingling finished her bachelor’s degree in Marine Pharmacy from NingBo University. Then She had worked as a bioinformatics analyst on genomics NGS (High-throughput sequencing). Recently, she joined the Guomics lab as a research assistant , mainly foucing on the proteomics data analysis.

Siqi Zheng (2020.07-2020.09)

Siqi received Bachelor of science in Mathematics from Jilin University (2014-2018). She is a Postgraduate in Mathematics at Peking University. Since July 2020, she joined Guomics as a visiting student lasting for three months. She is interested in the applications of mathematics in the field of proteomics.

Jianfang Yu (2020.07-2020.09)

Visiting student, Central South University

Jianfang majors in analytical chemistry in Central South University. Her research interests focus on biosensing technique.

Visiting student, Shandong University

Hang received Bachelor of pharmaceutical engineering from Shandong University, 2015-2019. He was interested in the direction of biomedicine, as Visiting student joined Guomics in 2020.07-2020.09.

Tianzhuo majors in PTM in Peking University Health Science Center. Her research interests focus on proteomics.

Visiting student, University of Science and Technology of China(USTC)

Boyang holds a B.S degree in Mathematics from University of Science and Technology of China(USTC). She worked on applying machine learning methods in proteomics at Guomics.

Guan Ruan (2017.08-2020.11)

Guan graduated from Changsha University of Science & Technology, and majored in Applied Chemistry (2007-2011). As a research assistant in Guomics, he was responsible for the administration and mass spectrometric data analysis.

Lin Gan (2020.08-2020.12)

Senior Research Assistant, Westlake University

Lin has two-years’ experience in R&D department in a famous pharmaceutical, both about pharmacokinetics study of small molecule compounds (2018.7-2019.10) and characterizations of mono-antibody based on UPLC-Q-TOF (2019.11-2020.7).
She received training of analytical chemistry (2014.11-2017.12) in University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. The topic was about method development of complex samples analysis, which is based on multi-chromatography coupled to ion mobility high resolution mass spectrometry.

Tiansheng Zhu (2017.09-2021.01)

Senior Research Assistant, Westlake University

Tiansheng received training of biotechnology in Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU), and learned computer science in Fudan University, China. He worked on data management in the data center Department of Shanghai bioinformatics research center. After that, he was engaged in the construction and management of data platform in Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Tiansheng joined the Guomics team in September 2017 as a senior research assistant, and mainly worked in proteomic big data science.

Wei Liu (2018.07-2021.02)

Wei was major in clinical pharmacy (2012-2017, undergraduate) and pharmacology (2017-2020, postgraduate) at Dalian Medical University. He was awarded National Scholarship and academic scholarship in the postgraduate study stage. In July 2018, he joined in Guomics as a visiting student and then became a research assistant of Guomcis.

Nan Xiang (2018.07-2021.02)

Nan learned pharmacy in Zhejiang University of Technology (2014-2018), then she joined the Guomics team in July 2018 as a research assistant. She was interested in data analysis and clinical application of precision medicine.

Chunhui Yuan (2019.07-2021.03)

Chunhui received her Bachelor of Science degree from Harbin Medical University in 2010, and Ph. D. degree in Bioinformatics from Zhejiang University in 2015. Dr. Yuan did his postdoctoral researches in School of Medicine at Zhejiang University. She joined Guomics as an associate investigator.

Peng Du obtained bachelor of Life Science from Hebei University in 2019. From 2019 to October 2020, he worked in Beijing Proteome Research Center as an engineer. In December 2020, he joined the Guomics team as a research assistant for proteomic big data research.
